47203 - Jet-Lube Extreme® All-Weather 450 ml Brush Top

JET-LUBE 550 EXTREME ALL-WEATHER offers the same performance and package of solid lubricants, such as 550 EXTREME but with a new and advanced synthetic grease base carrier.

This grease offers exceptional brushability down to -40°C / -40°F and carries a flash point of over 260°C/500°F. 

For an anti-seize compound to work effectively, it needs to be properly applied to the threads, standard petroleum oils will harden significantly below -12°C/10°F making this application difficult.

550 EXTREME ALL-WEATHER's base grease is a blend of synthetic fluids with pour points no higher than -50°F, thickened with a calcium sulfonate complex to provide better rust and corrosion protection. This unique combination makes for an excellent product in low temperature environments but equally as good in high temperatures.

Applications:

Alkey Gaskets, Threads, Flange Faces, Keyways, Gaskets, Slides, Guides and Fittings. Well suited for steel and aluminum. Works equally well on stainless steel, cast iron, titanium, copper, brass, alloys, plastic, and gasket materials and is an effective anti-seize for use with LPG and other gasses.

For sealing applications, use V-2®
