DEACON 8875-THIN Thermal Reactive Paste Sealant

Deacon 8875-THIN is a thermal reactive paste sealant rated up to 1800F (982C) and 5,000 PSI (345 Bar). Designed for the most extreme temperature applications, this product can be used on flanges, threaded connections, or as a gasket dressing. Equipment types include heat exchangers, turbines, boilers, access doors, economizer tubing, exhaust systems, incinerators, ductwork, evaporators, recuperators, pollution control systems, and pressure vessels. Resistant to steam, oils, hydrocarbons, exhaust gases, and various other chemical environments, Deacon 8875-THIN remains removable and will not interfere with future disassembly / maintenance. 8875-THIN will flow to fill small voids and surface irregularities, thus, creating a seal between the flange and gasket all while prolonging the life of the gasket.
